Prostate cancer PSA reduced from 200 down to 1 in just 3 months with ECCT for

Prostate cancer PSA

Male, 80 years old - Twelve years ago, at the age of 68, Mr. Ma was diagnosed with prostate cancer at a hospital in Singapore. An MRI scan showed an enlarged prostate and a lump inside the prostate gland that had already infiltrated both the right and left seminal vesicles and was attached to the NVB blood vessels (which regulate erectile function and urinary control). A biopsy confirmed it was a malignant acinar-type adenocarcinoma with a Gleason score of 7/10.

This is a common type of prostate cancer—however the doctor said surgery could risk impairing urinary control and cause further spread due to the cancer's invasion into the seminal vesicle glands. His Prostate cancer PSA level had already exceeded 200, and his prostate was enlarged to twice its normal size.

He was only prescribed hormone-suppressing medication by his doctor in Singapore. However, the prostate continued to enlarge from 46cc to 78cc. Mr Ma sought an alternative treatment started ECCT as an additional therapy alongside hormone medication. He began using the ECCT device in late July 2013.

His PSA level gradually dropped and returned to below 1 within just three months. He has been able to maintain his PSA levels within the normal range (under 4 for individuals over 70) up to the present day. In 2019, when his PSA slightly rose above 4, he underwent radiation therapy as advised by his doctor. Since then, he has continued maintenance therapy using the ECCT and hormone medication. His PSA remains stable at around 2 to date. Now in his 80s, he remains in excellent health and active.
